Job Summary
Houseparents live on campus at a residential school to supervise students’ daily routines, support social–emotional growth and character development, and model positive values and life skills. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community in a safe, nurturing home environment. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with caregiving or residential settings preferred
- Ability to supervise and support students in a residential environment
