Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, and support students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. They collaborate with educators and support staff to foster a sense of community, model positive values, and help students build life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate and organized, dedicated to diversity and personal growth, and committed to making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
