Houseparents

Houseparents will live on campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a focus on students’ daily routines, social and emotional development, and character-building in partnership with school teams.
