Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus and help create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives. The role involves guiding students’ daily routines, supporting social and emotional development, and modeling positive values and life skills.
