Houseparents live on campus to supervise students in a residential school setting, creating a safe, nurturing home environment. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ social, emotional growth and character development. Ideal candidates demonstrate compassion, strong organization, and a commitment to diverse growth and positive values to positively impact children’s lives.
