Job Summary
Houseparents at Milton Hershey School will live on campus to provide a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, supporting students’ daily routines and social/emotional growth, and modeling positive values and life skills to foster character development and a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children or in residential settings preferred
- Ability to live on campus and supervise students
- Commitment to diversity and personal growth
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
