Houseparents to live on Milton Hershey School campus responsible for supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and staff, and fostering a supportive, inclusive home environment that supports students' daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a focus on creating a safe, nurturing community and modeling positive values and life skills for children.
