Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Transport students to school activities and appointments, coordinate extracurricular and community service events, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety. Address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, observe and report student progress, and communicate regularly with school staff, teachers, and counselors. Implement school-wide policies consistently while helping students navigate personal challenges and set future goals. This role requires living on campus in a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, with ongoing training and professional development provided.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
