Live-in Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to supervise student daily routines, support social-emotional growth, and foster a safe, nurturing home environment on campus. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and continuing to model positive values and life skills while promoting a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
