Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to live on campus and create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting daily routines, fostering social and emotional growth, collaboration with educators and support staff, and building a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives. Located on the Tempe, AZ campus; on-site, full-time role.
