Job Summary
Live-in Houseparents on campus to supervise residential students, support daily routines, and foster social-emotional growth and character development. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and creating a safe, nurturing home environment that models positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to making a lasting impact on children’s lives within a community-oriented residential school setting.
