Live-on-campus Houseparents provide a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school, supervise after-school activities, manage household tasks, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, and modeling positive values and life skills to promote social and emotional growth and character development.
