Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus in a residential school setting to create a safe, nurturing home environment. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children's lives by modeling positive values and life skills.
