Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. They supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community while modeling positive values, daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to personal growth and making a lasting impact on children's lives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with residential caregiving or youth supervision preferred
