Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, supporting students’ daily routines, and collaborating with educators and support staff to foster social-emotional growth, character development, and a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with the aim of making a lasting positive impact on children’s lives.
