Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise students’ daily routines, support social and emotional growth, and model positive values. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while promoting diverse perspectives and life skills. The role emphasizes compassionate, organized caregiving and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing home environment for students.
