Job Summary
Houseparents to live on campus at Milton Hershey School, supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, and collaborating with educators to support students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development in a residential school environment. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a focus on fostering a safe, nurturing home environment and building a sense of community for students.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with youth in a residential or educational setting preferred
- Ability to supervise and manage daily routines
