Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus to supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, and support students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. They model positive values and life skills while collaborating with educators and support staff to foster a safe, nurturing home environment and a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a focus on making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
