Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus to create a safe, nurturing residential environment. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, guiding social-emotional development, modeling positive values and life skills, collaborating with educators and support staff, managing household responsibilities, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth to make a lasting impact on students’ lives.
