Job Summary
Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for residential students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with youth or in residential care settings preferred
