Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise students’ daily routines, after-school activities, and household responsibilities while collaborating with educators and support staff. The role focuses on fostering a safe, nurturing home environment that supports students’ social and emotional growth and character development, modeling positive values, and building a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
