Job Summary
Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School and help create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, supporting students’ daily routines, and collaborating with educators and support staff to foster social-emotional growth, character development, and a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to modeling positive values and life skills.
