Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities while managing household cleanliness, organization, safety, budgeting, and basic record keeping. Transport students to school activities, appointments, and events as needed, and serve as the primary link between the student home and the broader school community. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to support individualized student plans, helping students navigate personal challenges and set future goals.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
