Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework while transporting students to school activities and appointments. Coordinate extracurricular and community service events, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues with positive supports, and communicate regularly with school staff, teachers, and counselors. Serve as a critical link between the student home and the broader school community, helping students navigate personal challenges and build resilience. Live on campus in a structured environment requiring evening and weekend availability, with ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
