Houseparents

Live on campus as a Houseparent at Milton Hershey School to supervise students’ daily routines, oversee after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a nurturing home environment that supports social-emotional growth, character development, and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to creating a diverse, inclusive community while modeling positive values and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
