Job Summary
Live-in Houseparents on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional development, and character growth. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to modeling positive values and life skills to help children thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children or in residential care preferred
