Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering social and emotional growth, character development, and a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a passion for making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
