Houseparents

Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. They supervise daily routines and after-school activities, support students’ social and emotional growth and character development, model positive values and life skills, collaborate with educators and support staff, manage household responsibilities, and foster a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a focus on making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
