Houseparents

Live-on-campus Houseparents to supervise after-school activities and support students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development in a Milton Hershey School residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
