Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework while transporting students to activities. Coordinate extracurricular and community service events, manage household cleanliness, safety, and budgeting, and maintain records. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive supports, and communicate with school staff and counselors. Serve as a critical link between the student home and the broader school community by modeling positive behavior and reinforcing values. This role requires living on campus with a structured schedule including evenings and weekends, offering opportunities for growth in education and student home life.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
