Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and support students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a passion for making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
