Houseparents

Live-in Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise daily routines, support students’ social and emotional growth, and contribute to character development. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a focus on creating a safe, nurturing home environment and modeling positive values and life skills.
