Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at a residential school to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and helping children develop socially, emotionally, and with character. Strong emphasis on daily routines, safety, mentorship, and modeling positive values and life skills.
