Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, support students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values. Responsibilities include collaborating with educators and support staff, fostering a sense of community, and creating a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
