Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students while modeling positive behavior and reinforcing school values. Coordinate extracurricular, recreational, and community service activities to help students build life skills, manage household cleanliness and safety, and maintain basic record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments as needed, observe and report student progress, and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports. Collaborate closely with clinical, educational, and residential teams to implement school-wide policies and assist students in navigating personal challenges.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
