Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students. Coordinate extracurricular activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Transport students to school events and address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports while observing and reporting student progress. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to implement school-wide policies and help students navigate personal challenges. Live on campus in school-provided housing, follow a structured schedule including evenings and weekends, and participate in ongoing training. Demonstrate cultural competence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to the school's mission in this demanding yet rewarding role within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
