Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering community, social and emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives. This role requires on-site housing and a commitment to student wellbeing and daily routines.
