Job Summary
Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, promoting social and emotional growth, and contributing to character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Collaborates with educators and support staff to foster a sense of community and a caring home atmosphere. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
