Houseparents

Houseparents will live on Milton Hershey School’s campus, supervising students’ after-school activities, managing household duties, and collaborating with educators and support staff to foster a safe, nurturing home environment. Responsibilities include supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values and life skills, with emphasis on creating a community-focused living space. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, aiming to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.
