Supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, and collaborate with educators and support staff to foster a safe, nurturing home environment for students. Support daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Create a sense of community within the residential school setting. Live on campus at Milton Hershey School, a residential institution dedicated to student development.
