Job Summary
Live-in Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to supervise after-school activities, support students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development within a on-campus residential program. Responsibilities include managing household chores, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a welcoming, safe community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to mentoring children in a diverse, growth-focused environment while modeling positive values and life skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children or youth in residential or caregiving settings preferred
- Ability to live on campus and manage household routines
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Commitment to safety, diversity, and positive role modeling
