Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise daily routines, support students’ social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
