Live-in Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to supervise after-school activities, manage household duties, collaborate with educators, support students’ daily routines, and foster community and character development on campus in a residential school environment. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Skills emphasized include empathy, organization, teamwork, youth development, and creating a safe, nurturing home environment.
