Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at a residential school and supervise students' daily routines, after-school activities, and household responsibilities while collaborating with educators and support staff to foster a safe, nurturing home environment. Key duties include supporting students’ social and emotional growth, character development, and modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, aiming to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.
