Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students while modeling positive behavior and reinforcing school values. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments, and communicate regularly with school staff, teachers, and counselors. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive supports, and help students navigate personal challenges and set future goals. Live on campus in school-provided housing within a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, collaborating closely with clinical, educational, and residential teams to support individualized student plans.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
