Job Summary
Houseparents to live on Milton Hershey School campus and help create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, coordinating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social/emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives. Must be able to reside on campus and contribute to a stable, caring home atmosphere for students.
