Houseparents

Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus and help create a safe, nurturing home environment for students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a focus on making a lasting impact on children's lives.
