Job Summary
Live-in Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus to manage student homes, oversee morning and evening routines, supervise homework, prepare and serve meals, coordinate extracurricular and community service activities, transport students to activities, maintain home cleanliness and safety, manage basic budgeting and record keeping, and serve as a liaison with school staff to support students’ social, emotional, academic, and spiritual development within a supportive, on-campus home setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children or youth in education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care.
