Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students living on campus. Transport students to school activities and events, coordinate extracurricular and community service projects, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety. Address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, observe and report student progress, and implement school-wide policies consistently. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to support individualized student plans while maintaining a safe, family-like environment. Follow a structured work schedule that may include evenings and weekends, with ongoing training and professional development provided.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
