Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students living on campus. Coordinate extracurricular activities, transport students to appointments, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety while maintaining accurate records. Address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, observe student progress, and communicate regularly with school staff and counselors. This role serves as a critical link between student homes and the broader school community, requiring cultural competence and a commitment to the school's mission.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
